1. Refund Policy
We are committed to offering high-quality digital services. Understanding that circumstances can change, we provide a clear and fair refund policy in compliance with the Federal Law No. 24 of 2006 on Consumer Protection and its amendments, which governs consumer rights in the United Arab Emirates.
Eligibility for Refund: Clients may request a refund for digital services under the following conditions:
Service not delivered as described.
Technical issues that prevent the client from accessing the service.
Service was canceled before activation.
Method of Refund: Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Non-Refundable Services: Certain digital services may be non-refundable. This includes services that have been fully consumed or where specific terms were agreed upon at the time of purchase. Such exceptions will be clearly communicated to clients prior to the purchase decision.
2. Cancellation Policy
We provide a transparent cancellation policy for our digital services to ensure that our clients understand their rights and responsibilities.
Cancellation Before Service Activation: Clients may cancel their service orders before activation. We kindly ask to be notified as soon as possible to process the cancellation.
Conditions for Cancellation: Cancellation conditions, including any applicable fees or non-refundable deposits, will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
No Cancellation Policy: For services that cannot be canceled once activated, this condition will be explicitly communicated to the client before finalizing the purchase to prevent misunderstanding and disputes.
3. Consumer Rights
In alignment with the UAE's consumer protection laws, we ensure that all clients are fully informed about their rights and our policies regarding refunds and cancellations. For disputes or complaints, clients are encouraged to contact our customer service. Further assistance can be sought from the Consumer Protection Department within the UAE's Ministry of Economy.
